stylish and well-maintained interiors, exceptional spa services, strategic proximity to Ischgl town
The temperature control in the rooms needs attention!!! Noisy nights with open patio doors could impact your comfort, as does the lack of a true ski-in/ski-out experience. This place is not a five-star when you compare value!!!

Had an absolute blast! The indoor pool was seriously stunning, and I loved relaxing in the sauna after a day on the slopes. The only thing was the shower setup could use a bit more privacy, but it didn’t spoil my great experience. 😊

The elegant modern artwork throughout the hotel was truly captivating and made me feel like I was in a chic gallery rather than a hotel. I also appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features, perfect for seniors like me.
Shower privacy could be improved.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend vacation in Ischgl with value for money. The hotel staff went out of their way to help when we needed extra pillows and they were very prompt in responding. For a quieter experience, try to request a room that’s not facing the street.

More pros than cons, but still…
The location was excellent for skiing and the evening tasting menu was exceptional each night. The staff were genuinely caring, ensuring needs were met, especially during my wife's challenging times.
Noise from outside can be bothersome when doors are open, disrupting comfort. Wi-Fi connectivity had issues, making it tougher to stay connected while enjoying my trip.

Had an absolute blast! The indoor pool was stunning, with gorgeous panoramic views that made unwinding after skiing a real treat. The six-course Michelin-quality dinners were a culinary highlight, with each dish being innovative and beautifully presented. Plus, the bartender went the extra mile during breakfast, making our mornings special.
The shower setup could use a bit more privacy.

Best skiing and dining combo!
Skiing was super easy with the gondola right across the street. The food was fabulous—had a six-course meal every night, and breakfast was off the charts! The staff was super friendly too, always ready to help. Wish the shower had a bit more privacy, though. Otherwise, it was perfect!

The six-course dinners were consistently outstanding, showcasing exceptional quality and creativity with impressive presentations each evening. The bartender's willingness to go the extra mile was a highlight, particularly during breakfast when he provided us with friendly and attentive service. the noise from outside when the balcony door was open was quite disruptive at times, and the Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable throughout our stay. the shower setup lacked privacy, making it feel somewhat awkward.
